Thank you for booking Paddy Billington to host your event. Paddy prides himself on giving a 5 Star Service at every event.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

By filling in this form, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• A deposit is required to secure Paddy's services as DJ or event host for your event.
• Full payment is required before the start of the event. We reserve the right not to attend if payment hasn't been received.
• Deposits are not refundable within 6 months of the event. Many events are booked in years in advance. However, If you need to move the date of your event, we will do everything in our power to reschedule.
• In the very unlikely event we need to cancel, Paddy will do everything he can to arrange an alternative DJ on your behalf (if required) and refund you the deposit, or if already paid, the full amount.
• During the event, Paddy will work the hours pre arranged. Any extension in hours must be agreed mutually before the event and if so, there will be an extra hour's fee attached. Payment for that must be made before the start of the event.
• All our sound and lighting is PAT Tested annually and Paddy has Public Liability Insurance of £10 million. The sound and lighting equipment we use will depend on the venue, number of people attending etc.
• Before your event, Paddy will contact you to discuss the event. This may be in person, on the phone, via online messages or via video call.
• We understand people are drinking during many of the events we host and that's always taken into account, but we have a zero tolerance to verbal or physical abuse or to anyone putting the equipment at risk of damage or the host in danger. We reserve the right to stop hosting the event if either of these occurs.
